Roger was introduced to golf at age 9 working his father’s golf shop at Woollahra Golf Course every afternoon after school. His father was respected as one of the best teachers in Australia and passed his wealth of knowledge on to Roger. Roger's family hasbeen teaching Golf in Australia for over 75 years.
Roger has been teaching Golf for over forty years and is listed as one of the Top 100 Golf Teachers in the World with the World Wide Golf Teachers Federation.
Roger has been a Master Teacher and Chief Instructor with the Australian Golf Teachers Federation and World Wide Golf Teachers Federation, assisting the AGTF with their golf academy courses.

Roger is the only true Golf Biomechanics Golf Teaching Professional in Australia. Currently a Master Teacher with Get Fit to Golf and Senior Instructor with the International College of Golf Biomechanics.
Roger knows that understanding the priciples of biomechanics and how it affects the golf swing is vital to playing successful golf. The Golfer's body is a major tool in the golf swing. Roger's goal has been helping all Golfers improve their game and helping other Golf Professional to teach using Golf Biomechanics.
DISABLED GOLF SPECIALIST
Roger has studied and worked with golf biomechanics for many years and specializes in teaching amputees, disabled, blind golfers
and golfers with bad back pain.
Roger’s student Shane Luke, has won many Australia Amputee Championships.
