WARM
UP & COOL DOWN EXERCISES
You should
always warm up before starting your game of golf and cool down afterwards.
The warm up should consist of mainly stretches and will help prevent
potential injuries during your game and also prepare your body for the
movements and stresses put on your muscles and body during your game
of golf.
Your muscles
tighten during a round of golf and a build-up of lactic acid is likely.
If this isn't counteracted injuries may result so it is vital that you
do cool down stretches after a round of golf.
The ChiroFit
Program provides you with 12 simple warm up and cool down stretches
and advice that will help you stay injury free and playing at your best.
These stretches can be done at the golf course directly before and after
your game of golf.
